What warranty is included with our chairs?

All our chairs come with a one-year manufacturer’s warranty starting from the delivery date. This warranty covers manufacturing defects, including issues with the frame structure or springs caused by faulty quality during everyday use. Please note that the guarantee applies only to personal use and does not cover items used in commercial settings. See our terms and conditions for more details. 

Can I return my chair after Christmas?

You can return your chair after Christmas as long as it’s within 30 days of delivery. You can send it back or request a collection, which costs £30 per chair. Before returning, ensure the chair is disassembled and placed in its original packaging. Delivery fees are non-refundable, but we’ll issue your refund within 14 days of receiving the chair at our warehouse.
