Delivery Information

 We offer free standard delivery to England and Wales. Extra charges apply to areas in Scotland - please see the delivery map below. Specific quotes are confirmed in your cart after entering your postcode at the order checkout page.

Prior to delivery

Before placing your order, please make sure that the items added to your order and the contact & address details provided are correct. Once your order is dispatched, changes and cancellations are not possible.  If you notice an error or need to change your order, please contact us via web chat.

Delivery Times

In-stock items are typically dispatched within 1-5 working days and delivered within a maximum of 5 working days for courier deliveries, or 1-2 weeks for 2-man deliveries. Delivery times for items that are not in stock vary based on production and shipping times. If you have not received your item within the estimated timeframe, please contact us. Please note that we subcontract 3rd party delivery companies to deliver goods to customers, and on rare occasions, delivery delays beyond our control may occur.

Delivery options

We offer two delivery options: courier delivery and 2-man delivery service. Courier delivery typically takes 1-5 working days and is a doorstep-only service suitable for smaller items such as accent pieces and some smaller recliners. Bigger items such as sofas, chaise lounges, or large recliners can only be delivered by the 2-man delivery service, which takes 1-2 weeks. The 2-man delivery service includes professional assembly in the room of choice. Should you require an upgrade of the delivery of small items to the 2-man service, you may do so for an additional fee of £15, which includes professional assembly. The delivery option is chosen at checkout.

Scheduling & assembly

Chairs are typically delivered in one piece and require assembly of the feet using included hardware. Some items come in multiple pieces with all necessary parts and instructions included. All items are packed in a cardboard box with legs and hardware placed in a bag or small box inside the packaging.

Courier delivery

For courier delivery, items will be delivered to the ground floor doorstep or up to the apartment/flat door if there is a lift. You will need to sign for the delivery. Please note any outside damages to the packaging, or take pictures before opening; this is needed to claim any damages with us and the courier. The courier will confirm a delivery time slot via text and email on the morning of the delivery day, and reattempt delivery three times before returning the package to us, in which case you may incur a £30/£40 failed delivery fee.

2-man delivery

For 2-man delivery service, items are delivered to your chosen room and assembled. The packaging will be left with you as it is required for returns. Please do not dispose of it if you have a reason to believe the item may be damaged or if you may be considered a return. The 3rd party delivery company will contact you to arrange a specific delivery date and timeslot. If you are not available at the agreed time, a failed delivery charge of £30/£40 may apply. Please inspect the item upon delivery and note any issues on the delivery note to claim any damages. To reschedule a delivery, please contact us or the delivery company at least a day before by 2 PM.


Order cancellation is possible up until the moment the order is collected by the courier. Once your order is with the courier, it is not possible to cancel it. If you do not wish to keep the item delivered, you will need to contact us to request a collection or return the item to our warehouse independently. Collections are carried out by 3rd party delivery companies, at a charge of £30 per chair/£40 per sofa.


We offer free delivery within the UK, except for certain areas that may incur a surcharge or are excluded from our delivery zone. Please check our map for specific details. For deliveries to these areas, the cost of using a third-party delivery company may exceed the standard delivery fee included in the product price. In such cases, the customer is responsible for covering the difference in the delivery charge. Please note that additional charges may apply if incorrect information is provided by the customer or if the customer is not available for delivery on the delivery day scheduled withe the carrier. This may result in a failed delivery attempt and return of the order, and we incur charges imposed by the courier. In such cases, an additional fee of £30 per chair or £40 per sofa may be charged or deducted from a refund, and the customer will be notified accordingly.
