Prior to Delivery

Before placing your order, please make sure that the items added to your order and the contact & address details provided are correct. Most of our orders are dispatched on the next day, and once your order is with the courier, there is no possibility to make any changes or cancel your order.If you have noticed an error in the information you have provided us, or would like to change your order, the quickest way to contact us to rectify this is via web chat.


We aim to keep prices as low as possible for our customers, therefore we have made delivery within UK free of charge, except areas which incur a surcharge or are excluded from our delivery zone (please check Delivery Information page). 3rd party delivery company costs for deliveries in these areas are too high to be covered by the standard delivery fee included in the price of the product, and the difference in the delivery charge must be covered by the customer.On some occasions, you may incur an additional charge, if 3rd party delivery companies bear additional transit costs due to incorrect information provided by the customer or customer not being available for delivery:an additional £30 per chair/£40 per sofa charge, in a form of an invoice or a refund deduction in the following cases:
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to address and/or contact details being incorrect, which results in your order being returned back to us. In this case we incur failed delivery & order return charges imposed on us by the courier.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to no one being at the property as specified by the delivery address details provided by the customer, which results in your order being returned back to us. In this case we incur failed delivery & order return charges imposed on us by the courier.

Actual Delivery

Please ensure that you inspect the goods when unpacked, before you sign for them as we cannot accept any responsibility for damages found by you after you have signed for the item.  Risk of damage to or loss of the products shall pass to you upon delivery.

For security reasons, a signature is required upon delivery of your order.


We buy direct from the factories so we can pass on the savings to you.
All prices are displayed inclusive of V.A.T.

Cancellation of Order

Order cancellation is possible up until the moment the order is collected by the courier. Once your order is with the courier it is not possible to cancel it.You will need to contact us to request a collection or return the item to our warehouse independently, if you do not wish to keep the item which was delivered to you. Collections are carried out by 3rd party delivery companies, at a charge of £30 per chair/£40 per sofa.

Returns Procedure

If you do not like the product or have changed your mind, you can return it back to us within 30 days. We will only accept the return if the product is sent back in perfect condition and is in its original packaging. You can send the product back yourself, or contact us to arrange a collection. Collection fee is £40/£30.

You will only be liable for any diminished value of goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functionality of the goods.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If the item is damaged on delivery, please contact us immediately by email – info@stunningchairs.co.uk and include pictures. If you need to speak to us in person please use livechat on the website.


All our products come with a 1 year manufacturer’s guarantee, unless otherwise stated. The guarantee starts from the date of delivery and offers cover against manufacturing defects on the structure of the frame and frame springs or any defects which may arise, under normal use, through faulty factory workmanship.


Payment methods include debit or credit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Electron or Maestro. Payments can be also be made electronically by bank transfer, or using Klarna.

We will not be liable to you for any indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem you notify to us and will have no liability to you for any failure or delay in delivering goods or any damage or defect in goods delivered which is caused by any event or circumstance which is beyond our reasonable control.
