What type of fabric is used as the base for patchwork?
We use crushed velvet as the foundation for our patchwork print, which provides for an interesting, textured look and feel of the fabric.
Can you sit on an accent chair?
Yes - they are just another form of seat. But these are a great way to add colour to your room and be bold with contrasting colours.
What colour should an accent chair be?
Choose a different colour to brighten up your room. Golds go with blues and green. Pink, blue and green are the in-trend colours as people move away from greys and magnolia themes.
Do accent chairs have to be the same?
Two of the same can look good but otherwise mix and match – make them a feature of your room
