Prior to Delivery

Before placing your order, please make sure that the items added to your order and the contact & address details provided are correct. Most of our orders are dispatched on the next day, and once your order is with the courier, there is no possibility to make any changes or cancel your order. If you have noticed an error in the information you have provided us, or would like to change your order, the quickest way to contact us to rectify this is via web chat.


Delivery Times


All items which are in stock, are dispatched within 1-5 working days, and typically will be with the customer within a maximum of 7 working days. Stunning Chairs subcontract a 3rd party delivery company to deliver the goods to the customer, and rely on them for timely deliveries, and sometimes delays which are out of our control may occur. If you have not received your item within 7 days, please contact us and we will make every effort to rectify the situation quickly, and organise delivery as soon as possible.


Delivery times on all items which are yet to come from the manufacturer, are subject to production & shipping times. We will make every effort to deliver the goods in a timely manner, and will inform you about possible delays.  If you have not heard from us towards the end of the delivery time frame, please contact us.


Deliveries to remote areas, mainly in Scotland north of Glasgow, or to Isle of Wight, can take a couple days longer due to the time needed for items to reach the local delivery company, who will schedule your delivery.



All items come packed in a cardboard box, with legs and hardware placed in a bag/small box inside the packaging.


The courier will deliver your package to the ground floor doorstep only, or if there’s a lift, up to the apartment/flat door. If there is no lift, the courier will ask you to come downstairs to collect the parcel.


The courier will ask you to sign for delivery - please note on the delivery note all outside damages to the packaging before you sign for delivery. This is needed to claim any possible damages with us and the delivery company.


The courier will confirm a time slot on the morning of the delivery date via text and email. They will leave a card if no one is at the property, and will re-attempt delivery 3 times. If all attempts are unsuccessful, the courier will return the package back to us. You may incur a failed delivery fee of £30.




Most chairs come in 1 piece, the legs are included in the packaging and require assembly. All hardware needed to attach the legs is in the packaging. You do not need any additional equipment to put the items together.


Some items come in several parts, and need to be put together on delivery. All parts and instructions are included in the packaging.


Please note the courier will not unpack or assemble your chair, and this will need to be done by yourself after delivery. If you are having any difficulties or require further instructions to assemble your furniture, please contact us.

Cancellation of Order

Order cancellation is possible up until the moment the order is collected by the courier. Once your order is with the courier it is not possible to cancel it.You will need to contact us to request a collection or return the item to our warehouse independently, if you do not wish to keep the item which was delivered to you. Collections are carried out by 3rd party delivery companies, at a charge of £30 per chair/£40 per sofa.


We aim to keep prices as low as possible for our customers, therefore we have made delivery within UK free of charge, except areas which incur a surcharge or are excluded from our delivery zone (please check Delivery Information page). 3rd party delivery company costs for deliveries in these areas are too high to be covered by the standard delivery fee included in the price of the product, and the difference in the delivery charge must be covered by the customer.On some occasions, you may incur an additional charge, if 3rd party delivery companies bear additional transit costs due to incorrect information provided by the customer or customer not being available for delivery:an additional £30 per chair/£40 per sofa charge, in a form of an invoice or a refund deduction in the following cases:
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to address and/or contact details being incorrect, which results in your order being returned back to us. In this case we incur failed delivery & order return charges imposed on us by the courier.
  • If delivery is unsuccessful due to no one being at the property as specified by the delivery address details provided by the customer, which results in your order being returned back to us. In this case we incur failed delivery & order return charges imposed on us by the courier.
